Executive Management
Eric Kofi Buckman is the Chief Executive Officer of Buck Press Limited. He studied Printing at the London College of Printing.
He started his printing career as an apprentice in 1975 at the Akan Printing Press, one of the leading printing houses in Ghana at the time. He started his working life as a merchant, the main focus being importation and factory to factory distribution of alcoholic beverage concentrates.
He established Buck Press Limited in 1980 and became fully operational on 1st May 1987. Like many other establishments, it started ‘small’ and faced many challenges. Today, it has grown to be counted among the five leading printing houses in Ghana. Buck Press is now a fully-fledged Security Print establishment.
He also serves as a director of Soluserv (GH) Limited and De La Rue Buck Press Limited.

Francis Nyanin Esq. is currently the Executive Director of Buck Press. Prior to holding this position, he was the General Manager of the company. He had previously worked at CARE Ghana, a non-governmental organisation as an Accountant/ Administrator, PLAN Ghana as a Country Accountant and as a Senior Accountant at Tower Hamlets Council in the United Kingdom.
He served as a Board Chairman for Asokore Rural Bank from 2014 to 2020.
He is a product of University of Ghana where he acquired his Bachelor of Science degree in Administration (Accounting option). He holds a Bachelor of Law degree from MountCrest University College.
He is also a product of University of London and University of Salford (Manchester, UK) where he acquired MSC. in Finance and LLM in International Commercial Law respectively.
He is an Accountant and a Lawyer by Profession.

Functional Heads
Michael is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom and also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ghana. Michael is currently the Chief Finance Officer at Buck Press Limited.
Before joining Buck Press, Michael was the Financial Controller for BOND Savings and Loans Limited for three years having been the Head of Internal Audit for six years. Michael also has worked as the Audit Manager at Boateng, Offei and Company (BOC), a firm of chartered accountants, and a representative of Grant Thornton International in Ghana for a year.
Michael trained and worked as a chartered accountant in the U.K. and worked with numerous companies including Sentinel Housing (seven years as the Business Planning and Treasury Manager), Heathrow Hydrant Operations Company (as the Management Accountant), and at Ideal Hardware Plc (now Bell Microproducts as Financial Accountant).
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Archaeology from the University of Ghana, Legon.
Nana Ama Buckman is the Publishing Manager and the Head of the Human Resource and Administration at Buck Press Ltd. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Trinity University, San Antonio, Texas and has a Masters in Publishing (First Class) from the London College of Communication. She has over eight years professional experience in publishing and has worked at various publishing firms in Ghana and London. She joined Buck Press in 2014.
Naeemdeen Kobina Agyare holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Design from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana.
He joined Buck Press in 2014 as a Senior Graphic Designer and rose through the ranks to become Supervisor of the Prepress Unit; Graphics and Computer-To-Plate (CTP) Department. Highly innovative and adept with programs in Adobe suite, such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, he has worked on major design projects spanning the local and international market using visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate customers. With excellent leadership and communication skills, he manages a team of creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designers with extensive knowledge, commitment and dedication to the industry. Prior to joining Buck Press, he worked at University Printing Press (UPK), KNUST, Kumasi. He has over 9 years professional experience in the graphic design and printing industry.

James has spent the past sixteen (16) years with Buck Press Limited. He joined the Marketing team in 2006. He holds a BSc degree and MBA in Marketing from the University of Professional Studies (UPSA), Accra, Ghana.
He oversees both the Private and Public sector business of the company. His due diligence, dedication, knowledge and excellent marketing skills have equipped him with the capability to relate well with customers and promote the company’s corporate image and has extensive experience in marketing.

Papa Buckman graduated from Haverford College with Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Imperial College with an MSc in Management. He also has extensive research experience and prides himself in how relentlessly he pursues goals. Having worked for Buck Press for more than 8 years, he has evolved along with his roles and is currently the Operations Manager of the company.
In this capacity, his key objective is to improve efficiency across the company’s operations. This taps into his organizational skills, refined teamwork, leadership and proactiveness.

Leonard Eshun is the head of IT/BioRAP at Buck Press Limited. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana. He also has a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (VirginiaTech), U.S.A. He has worked with clients and partners around the world on major IT projects in Ghana, Liberia and their Embassies abroad from the design stage to operationalization. He heads the team that continues to provide support to critical systems to ensure patrons receive the services when they need them. He has 15 years experience working with civil biometric systems and service provision. Before joining Buck Press Ltd, he worked as a software engineer at Ghana India Kofi Annan Centre of Excellence in IT.
